a one-bedroom apartment above flourish and blotts that hassan has lived in for the past year, since moving out of the dorms at rutherford school for powerful mages. much of the furniture and decor of the apartment is second-hand or thrifted, giving the place a vintage but well-loved feel.

Situated above Madam Malkin's, this small flat is home to Theodore Riggs. It's decently well maintained, but often rather quiet as Theodore is rarely home for more than an evening to recuperate after a long day. The interior is decorated to remind him of home, though his paycheck has allowed him to splurge on a few pieces of high-end décor and quidditch memorabilia.
