biography Annalise is the youngest of the Selwyn children. From the moment she was born, she was handed much, just like her siblings. She grew up close with both her siblings and wanted to spend time with them constantly. Just like her sister, she was raised to understand that marriage was expected, but Annalise always viewed such a thing with great excitement, thanks in part to her more hopeless romantic thinking. She has a fine taste in jewels, demanding to have her ears pierced at five so that she could wear earrings like her sister, and that taste carries over to her clothes, though her style at times can be a touch more on the vintage side and sometimes too extravagant. When she arrived at Hogwarts, she followed in her siblings steps and was sorted into Slytherin. She excelled in both transfiguration and charms. During the summer, she continued to excel in her piano lessons, which is both a tactic her mother employed to make her more appealing on the marriage market, and because it is something she truthfully has grown to love. She received her cat Duchess over Christmas her forth year, and the pair grew to be quite inseparable. During the summer, she was able to spend time abroad with a friend and her family in Monaco. After everything that has happened recently at Hogwarts, she had to beg for her mother to allow her to return for classes. She remains quite uncertain of her future at the school, but is elated to be back among her friends, all like-minded people, of course.
