As the second son, he was always in his older brother's shadow growing up. He was always compared to Killian, and somehow he was never as good as him, at least not when one would ask their father. Because of this, Tristan started to feel a sense of competition when it came to his brother from an early age, always trying to be better than Killian.  Contrary to his brother, Tristan showed signs of potent magic at a young age. However, his parents didn't seem as proud when he got his Hogwarts letter as when his older brother did. Upon enrolling in Hogwarts, Tristan was sorted into Slytherin and joined the Quidditch team as soon as he could, partially because Quidditch provided yet another way for him to try and be better than his older brother. He was successful in his education, not having to put much effort into his classes to get good grades. He wasn't particularly a troublemaker, when it came to students outside of his pureblood friend group, he was better described as a bully.  During his last year at Hogwarts, he was spotted by a scout of the Wimbourne Wasps and asked to join the team as a reserve once he graduated. By then, his brother was working in professional Quidditch as well, and so Tristan gladly accepted the job. Despite knowing that he was much better at the sport, the media seemed to think differently. This only fuelled Tristan's urge to be better than his brother. And so, Tristan had worked his ass off ever since he joined the Wasps. Starting as a reserve, he got the position of Chaser a year after, as well as the position of Co-Captain just one year after. Last season was the first season that he was the Captain of the Wimbourne Wasps, a position that was perfect for him. He was a born leader, the Wasps doing better than ever before. Still, the media and their parents focused on Killian's achievements  instead of Tristan's. But Tristan is determined to change that now that he has seen that Killian is not untouchable. Tristan always knew that one day he would be able to show that he was better than his brother, and it seemed that time had finally come.  RP SAMPLE excused
