MY OWN WORST ENEMY: AUGUST'S BULLY

August's worst enemy is, always has been, and always will be himself. He struggles with confidence and self-doubt, and it's made him second-guess every little thing in his life. It certainly doesn't help that he is the son of Neville Longbottom, Nagini's slayer. He feels like he's not living up to the expectations everyone has of him in their head. This character doesn't help things in the slightest. They don't outright bully him like people would think - August himself doesn't think this person is really that cruel - but they subtly undermine him consistently enough that the things they say are echoed by the small voice inside his head.
Especially when everything seems to be going right for him - getting more involved with the order, an eventual relationship with julieta marie santos , learning more from his internship with @marie - this character will be there to remind him of all the things that can go wrong, and it could very well be his destruction in the end unless he learns that they're being subtly toxic to him.
Most details (gender, relationships, etc.) are flexible for this request. The character is no older than 25 and would have likely attended school with him.
