biography Amir was born the first son into a family of werewolves sheltered deep in the English countryside, quite separate from the majority of the wizarding community. While growing up, Amir had always been exceedingly bright and opinionated, taking after his mother and going into Hogwarts with a boisterous, carefree sort of attitude. He was well liked and popular during his time at the school, and spent a lot of his time keeping his little brother, Devan, protected and out of trouble. He was a force to be reckoned with, and hardly knew what the words 'keeping to himself' even meant at all. Upon his graduation from Hogwarts, Amir slipped easily into the Ministry to begin Auror training, though he found quickly that he didn't quite enjoy it - which culminated into infraction after infraction, though he was far from being kicked out until an interaction with a superior sent him before the head of the department, and he was stripped of his Auror in training title and not allowed to return. He always suspected that they had always been looking for a reason to fire him, without specifically stating that it was because he was a werewolf. The incident lit a fire underneath Amir, however, and he sought a different path for himself, especially after his brother left magical society and went under the radar in Muggle London. Life was quiet without Devan, and he decided to do something about it, change the world and bring his brother back home where he belonged - with their family, among people like them. At the age of twenty-three, Amir founded Werewolves Against Maltreatment (W.A.M), an organization dedicated to bringing about change for werewolves all over the world - though the cause is currently centralized in Wizarding London. He uses his time and platform to propel the change for werewolves forward, shooting to make sure that they are recognized as people. Amir fights hard for the cause he believes in, often traveling to different countries and meeting with different politicians to secure their support. However, with his brash personality and abrasive nature, Amir tends to get himself in trouble with various political figures, and has subsequently been banned from a few country's magical embassies.
