Matteo Corleone is the eldest of the remaining brothers, though after a threat on his own life, he has gone into hiding and has not spoken to his younger brothers in many years. He is fierce and frightening, known to strike down anyone in his way and doesn't tend to take no for an answer. He sacrificed his criminal empire for his younger brothers and himself, allowing Giovanni to take the helm in his absence, though the brothers have been hearing about sightings of their eldest brother for years. It is only a matter of time before Matteo returns to claim what was once his, even if he has to fight his own family for the power.
