There are very few people who know Elara's identity as the serial killer, Flora. aurelius silvestro raymon is one, having mentored and inspired her, but the only others that know are her victims - and the dead cannot speak. However, with suspicion increasing, and her name coming up in relation to Death Eaters and Followers of Death, Elara needs to clear suspicion from her trail. Charles helps to do just that. Elara seduces him easily, engaging in a sexual relationship and learning his vulnerabilities, tracking him like she would any target - though she doesn't intend to kill this one directly. Instead, what she will do is frame him for the murders she herself committed, and he won't know what has happened until it is far too late.
This request is a good potential route for someone looking to kill a character or have them shelved/sent to Azkaban.
