Lucy is the younger daughter of Percival and Audrey Weasley. Molly, the elder daughter, fit the expectations of Percy perfectly: prim, proper, and polished. She, like her father before her, became Junior Undersecretary after her Hogwarts years were finished, and she quickly settled down into a marriage - not an arranged situation, exactly, but Lucy doubts there's any real love between her sister and her brother-in-law. Molly acts as a conduit for their parents' expectations of Lucy. Everyone thought that the youngest daughter would be just like her father and sister, but instead, Lucy shirked that reputation, instead living it up and being more like her uncles, Fred and George than her father. Instead of becoming Junior Undersecretary, Lucy decided to work for the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts department like her grandfather had. Molly is slowly pressuring Lucy to settle down, start a family, and to leave her chaotic days behind her just like she did, but Lu is reluctant to, thinking she is too young for any of those things. Of course, her tune has changed a little bit, since she started seeing orion perseus lestrange , but that isn't exactly who Molly had in mind for her sister...
