biography From a very young age, Farid has known pain, he has known what it's like to be terrified and feeling like you would forever remain lost. When he was just six years old, Farid was snatched from his family home in London by Fenrir Greyback, joining his ranks and finding solace in other children who ended up having the same fate. He was the second to arrive, after a young girl whom he quickly grew attached to, afraid for his life and impossibly timid at such a young age. He spent years training and being brutalized under Fenrir after being turned, being raised to hate wizarding society and to turn his back against the family he had lost, the man claiming that his family didn't care about him, that they had asked Fenrir to take him away. This turned a happy go lucky child into one of rage, filled with animosity and anger at the world. It didn't help that he was treated as lesser, manipulated and abused to the point that he couldn't even recall what it had been like to smile.The boy he had once been was gone, and it seemed that he would never return... A fate he resided himself to. It wasn't until he was sent away to Iran at the age of eleven to attend school, that Farid recalled what freedom felt like, he remembered what it was like to have the freedom to make his own decisions and for the first time in years, he recalled how to smile as he began making friends and becoming his own person again as he tried to shut out the years of abuse and pain at the hands of Fenrir. The only thing that truly held him back was his missing pack mates; his first love and his closest friends that had been forcibly taken from him as they were all separated and shipped off to different schools. Iran was surprisingly kind to Farid because he looked like them and spoke like them, fitting in and easily making friends at Harren School of Sorcery and Potions, though that never stopped him from wondering how his old friends were faring, feeling their pain on full moons when he locked himself in the school dungeons. Upon graduating, Farid travelled throughout Europe, attempting to locate those from his past, afraid of being alone and doing something he regretted. He made money as a potioneer, proving himself useful in sticky situations and even making a friend along the way, someone who experienced similar tragedies and was also desperate to not feel alone. Eventually, he made his way back to London in search of his family, in search of his old friends, in search of a permanent life that he could be happy living.
