biography eleanor stevens never intended to stay in south-america when she applied for the exchange program with the south-american wizard school castelobruxo. lucio ruiz never intended to fall for a british exchange student from hogwarts either. he had quite the reputation of moving from girl to girl actually. but one look one between the two was enough to forget about all of this. eleanor stayed for a year at castelobruxo before returning back to hogwarts where she finished high school. she then took the big decision to move to argentine for love, to be with lucio. they build their life together and got married. after a few years, tobias was born. tobias grew up just outside buenos aires. he developed his magic at a young age and had no problems with graduating at castelobruxo, even though he wasn't one who particularly liked studying. because his mother's side of the family still lived in the uk, they often travelled there during the summer and during the holidays. after graduating, tobias found it hard to get a job and build a life in argentine. so at his twentieth birthday, he told his parents he would be moving to london. but his life didn't get much better when he arrived in london. he was more attracted to drinking and partying than actually building himself a future. it was one night, when he was too drunk to even get home. but he got into his car anyways. he didn't get far before driving right into the wall of an abandoned building. that was when khan mae found him and turned him. he would've died if she had not turned him into a vampire. that night really was a turning point for tobias. even though he is still trying to get his life back on track and he still likes to party, things are getting better.
