The signs of her being different from other children her age came rather quickly and she could never decipher whether her parents were upset about it or proud of the fact that their prodigy daughter could do things that the other children could not. Either way the daddy's girl ended up becoming her father's pride and joy when she received her Hogwarts letter and eventually sorted into Slytherin where she found her 'real friends' as the school put it. She was rather spoiled while growing up and she believes that it brought the worst out of her because she has been known to lash out on those undeserving of such treatment, thus she wishes her life was different. Life as a spoiled brat led Cordelia to a life serving on the Wizengamot and creating and structuring magical law, especially the spaces where children were concerned or the areas in which major problems catch her eye.
