He was surrounded by magic for as long as he could remember, his parents knowing their children would be gifted with many talents. His sister, four years his elder, went to Hogwarts when Cas was seven, and he had been dying to attend the school since he saw the grand scarlet train on the platform. He would dress up around the house in his sister's Hufflepuff robes, which she had outgrown and would use sticks in the yard to play with as his wands. Then, the day came were he could attend the miraculous school. Having his sister in school helped, because she protected him in his first three years, but the pair were in different houses, likely a healthy option for the pair. Caspian, a Gryffindor, wasn't as flamboyant as the others, typically following rules and demonstrating prowess in a great many subjects. While in his fifth year, he began to date Claire Fernsby, right up until her family tragedy. Caspian was incredibly supportive throughout the entire situation, but Claire kept shutting him out, and eventually, he got the hint. He still credits her as being the first person he ever truly loved. When Cas graduated, he took a position as an intern in the Department of Magical Law, hoping to train and become an Auror. He was well on track to his dream job when one night changed everything. He had been heading home from work, having just helped to finish a rather difficult case when he had been attacked by a werewolf and bitten. Since his lycanthropy changed his life, Cas quit his position at the Ministry, and took work in different places, never quite settling. He resents what he became, and refuses to let his sister visit him, lest she discover what he has become. RP SAMPLE Excused.
