Her mother walked out on Cheikh and Lesedi when the young girl was just a few years old. From her father, Les learned compassion at an early age. She seemed to have a magic touch when she was little; she could soothe any person or help mediate any hectic situation naturally. Of course, when she and her father found out she was a witch those things started to make sense. She felt incredibly lucky that Ilvermorny was so close to home, so she could pay visits to her father often and make sure he was still doing alright on his own. At Ilvermorny, she was sorted into Pukwudgie, a house known for those adept with healing and the soul. It seemed fitting, giving Lesedi's nature, that she would find herself in a school like that. She found herself drawn to magic not meant to inflict harm or cause trouble, but instead to remedy it. Her graduation came faster than she would have liked it to, but she took the lessons she learned in stride. Originally, she began working in a no-maj doctor's office because it was close to home. It was a bit of a risky move, but she never once let a patient down when she was their nurse. When a magical position arose, she took it hesitantly, worrying for her father, who urged her to go. She worked as a simple healer, increasing in rank for several years across the United States, but always returned home to Cambridge for her father. When St. Mungo's in England was in need of a new Head Healer, she was offered the position. She contemplated the position for quite a few months before accepting it, on the condition that her muggle father could come to England with her. RP SAMPLE Excused.
