Located in the outskirts of London, a grand tent hosts the illustrious and boisterous Cirque de la Lune. The circus is open to both muggles and magical folk alike. J.D. Waverly founded Cirque de La Lune in the year 1900 and used the existence of the magical circus to provide cheap entertainment to the members of wizarding society. For exactly 122 years, the circus has kept London entertained, only recently beginning to travel throughout the United Kingdom and Europe to entertain others across the region. The circus has made it a point to hire those who feel like they don’t fit in regularly with everyone around them. The circus has been owned and operated by the Waverly family for generations and they continue to seek to provide entertainment for all and a safe space for those who feel like they need to get away from the world or that they don’t belong.
