Out the back door of the Avery home lies a grand expanse of gardens, meticulously cared for by the Avery house elves. A wide path leads from the Avery home and into the gardens, leading ultimately to a large open area for entertaining. A winding path branches off that path and leads into the gardens, ending at a quaint guest cottage with a small yard. The house appears small and unassuming from the outside, though is enchanted to be larger than it appears. The guest cottage contains four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a respectable kitchen, living area, and a small study. The cottage lies a mere three minute stroll from the main estate, giving the Fawn family privacy and independence while also allowing them the amenities the Avery Estate provides as well as the protections that secure the Estate as a whole.
