It is definitely one of the smallest if not the smallest home in the neighborhood. It is still rather nice, but modest enough that it does not scream of wealth or boastfulness. He has surrounded his home with very high walls and gates and has somewhat unkept gardens along the sides. He went to great lengths to have a large hot tub placed in the backyard.

Originally owned by her parents, the large Pureblood estate was passed to Elara in hopes she'd settle down and start a family when Aurora and Charles retired to their little cottage. The Estate is well-kept and has a similar appeal to the Veela-descended woman: dark, sultry, and alluring.

One of the first houses on the lane to the left, the Henio mansion is settled into a large set of grounds, complete with a guest house. The exterior is colored an emerald green and trimmed with silver, an homage to the great Salazar Slytherin. Arioch and Daphne Henio live in the wealthy-looking estate, along with their two children, Tavas and Astrid, to be close with the rest of their extended family.

It isn't the largest manor in the neighborhood, but it is certainly a notable home. The large manor is lined with ivy and gated in, keeping Caelia Knight safe from the outside world.

A two-story manor that Gideon and Zinnia purchased after their wedding. The pride and joy of the manor is the big music room, overlooking the gardens, with a grand piano in the center of it. The manor is not the largest in the neighborhood, but there is more than enough space for Gideon, Zinnia, their daughter Aurelie and any future children.
