biography adella was born as the first child of isadora and victor selwyn. she was raised by their pureblood standards and at a young age, she already knew what her future was supposed to look like. she would be married off to a pureblood man and would have children to continue the bloodline. it was no surprise that adella herself now believes in her parents' ideals and that she has lived up to their expectations and their standards. when starting hogwarts, adella was sorted into slytherin. she was a perfect student, the perfect pureblood girl who got high grades, was involved in quite a few extra curricular activities and never got in trouble for anything. while she wasn't immediately sure what she wanted to do after hogwarts, she eventually decided to pursue a career at the ministry. she started as an intern before taking up the job as a department worker at the department of foreign affairs. adella has always been an ambitious young girl, so when there was an opening at the minister's office, as the minister's assistant, she was the first one to apply. it was almost too easy for her to get the job. while adella always knew she was going to be married off after graduating hogwarts, she wasn't too excited about it. she agreed with her parents' pureblood views though, so she didn't complain to them about it. at that moment, she didn't know it yet, but marrying the husband her parents had chosen for her was the best thing that ever happened to her. once they were married for a few months, they fell hard for each other. towards the people around them and the people who saw them, they probably seemed like a strange and crazy couple. they were not at all like a normal, standard couple. but anyone who saw them could tell they were crazily in love.
